Located just 3 minutes from the town of Gunnison and the Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport. Just a few miles downstream the Gunnison River flows into Blue Mesa Reservoir where boating, sailing, and fishing abound. The nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison is a major Colorado attraction as well. If you're inclined for a game of golf you'll be excited to know that we're surrounded by the Dos Rios Golf Course and Western State College is only a few miles away.
30 minutes away is the picturesque ski village of Crested Butte. Crested Butte features some of the finest snow skiing and snowboarding in the world. Crested Butte is known as the "Last Great Colorado Ski Town" and offers an amazing shopping experience with its prominent Victorian architecture within the ever popular Crested Butte's national historic district.
